US delivery At this time, we can only ship to US addresses.
Delivery time In stock orders normally ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. We usually fill orders in the evenings. We are a home business and don't keep large stocks of lotions, scrubs etc on hand to ensure freshness. Sometimes we have to make a new batch to fill your order. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know that when you order. We will email if there will be a delay in filling your order.
Shipping Charge Estimate: We charge shipping charges only - no packing or handling fees. We ship US Post Office or UPS ground. If you prefer a carrier other than the Post Office or UPS, tell us and we'll see what we can do.
The shipping calculator estimates the least expensive means of getting your order to you. Sometimes it calculates really exorbitant shipping amounts - crazy computers. The minimum charge for Priority Mail is generally $4.60 for 1 lb or less. Don't forget that 1 pound limit includes the box. We make every effort to right size the box to save everyone money. If you think shipping cost is out of whack, let us know!
Pickup: If you live in or around Austin and would like to arrange to pick up your purchase, let us know. You won't be charged for shipping.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, so every retail purchase comes with a money back guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied, return the merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
